Behavioral diagnosis: Identify causes of a specific problematic behavior using state-of-the-art scientific methods.
Policy assessment: Provide advice on optimizing existing policy design.
Survey design: Design surveys to measure psychological traits, networks, norms, or specific behaviors in an organization/community using the latest scientific advances in survey design, such as experimental validation.
Experimental evaluation: Oversee the testing and implementation of policies and interventions through controlled experiments and evaluate their likely impact on the field.
